A beautiful shot with a nice title!

This picture is one of your best, IMO.

I like the cold-warm colours which are transmitting to the viewer the right ambience of the subject.  

As well, I find the composition as being done after a good analyze. It is not a composition done in hurry – again, very well done, Dan.

Your capture of the subject – with his snowy fur and his grieving eyes – became a today’s manifest of human ignorance.

On the other hand, it is so actual the tale of this picture. I usually don’t pay attention to the streets animals (dogs or cats) - I guess I'm an ignorant, but this picture moves me – and this is all about, right?
