This horse will always be dear to my heart.  My children and I had a country road we loved to drive along.  This horse had a golden mane, and a coat that was the most beautiful tan color.  The young girl that rode her had a long blonde head of hair that nearly matched the horse's mane, and they looked lovely as they would ride together in the farmyard.  Years have passed and I don't know where the horse is.  The young girl would most certainly be in her thirties now....when this shot was taken I'm sure the horse was missing her so.

Her Dad would be the one feeding and caring for him, I'm sure she was either far into University or married by this time.  I suppose I took a little 'artistical' leeway  in this one, but it seemed to work out...thankyou for those very complimentary words of critique....you are most kind!  Sincerely, Gail

many thanks Ruud for that kind critique and your support as always. Sometimes I still feel like a 'little girl with her crayons'........just wanting to 'color outside of the lines'.     cheers for now, Gail
