Lovely looking girl. I like this effect very much. The tones are wonderful. She has a very nice catchlight in her left eye and her make-up is excellent. I love her expression and the intensity of her eyes. The background is nicely neutral and she is quite well separated from it.

I wish you had not cropped into her right eye. If you are going to show any of her far eye, it might have been better to show all of it and include a catchlight.

You really should have more room in front of her face than behind it. She should be looking into the picture rather than out of it. Your top and bottom compositional balance is very nice.

I like the warm tone of her face. I think you should have matched it on her right arm.

Pierre this is wonderful. I like the texture/embossing, I think it works very well in conjunction with the heavy texture of the sweater and hat. The detail in the eyes and the bit of color on the lips are great.
