I've tried using slow sync flash to get some more interesting concert

shots. I think this one came out pretty good. Any comments?

I think this rocks the way you've caught him doing 'both' jobs... great timing! The motion and your placement of the singer/guitarist really captures the movement and intensity of the band also.

It's OK. Nothing special. Would have been better if you had managed to include his other hand and blurred out the distracting cymbal behing him.

I think the 'clutter' of the cymbal behind him helps this along by completing the story... I see this and I don't think prima-donna rock star on a big stage, I see a small, cramped stage with a hard-working rock band in a smaller venue, rocking out for the love of what they do. I'm a big believer in taking away the glamour to tell a grittier story...

Cymbal, hand, head - it all gives a good sense of rock'n roll movement. I would have liked to see the whole head, but ah well...

 

This one would work out nicely in B/W too I think.
