portraits (single) self portrait 2003

The original idea was to have a self portrait that appears like a statue after taking a black and white picture of statue and noting how it looked just as real as the people around it. Except for the color mixing to black and white, no other digital manipulation was done. The smoothe skin effect was done by having the red levels much lower than the blues and greens. The bright eyes were due to the higher blue setting.
