Wuff! I see here a dog's face with a flapping ear. Cute!

Somebody help me as I'm desperately trying to catch the name of a painter with this kind of angular simplified style. At least I imagined instantly having seen such (modern) paintings. Anyone?

Sorry, after some googling I have to say thanks for your suggestion. Close but no cigar. Yet another mystery to be solved...

But this is certainly the main point. Your finding is spot on, an enjoyment in feeding one's imagination in such purified way.

I think of the Southwest here.  A stucco house with vacant dark windows surrounded by bleached bleakness.

Your work so many times brings a smile to my face. This is so well observed, because of the two squares in it. I  saw a two story building....the upper floor has a balcony ( on the LHS, not seen from the angle photographed....;-))  and the lower part a small triangular exit..
Very original exit planed by the architect ( btw, I know  the house architect's name....;-)) ...
