Wonderful photo!  I really like the outline of the bench, the slight amount of detail shown on the side of the building, and the gradation of color in the sky.  I can only imagine what the bench looks out to.  One suggestion:  there is a very faint hint of structures in the foreground, and they aren't really recognizable; same with the windows on the near side of the building.  It might be better to burn these to black so that the viewer is left with a pure silhouette but with the detail you currently have on the building's side and roof.  If you did that, a further consideration might be a slight cropping of some of the black along the bottom.  If you wanted to crop but maintain the nice aspect ratio you currently have, a slight crop on the right would be appropriate.  All in all, it's a very simple but very inviting scene, one that hints of promises of a new day.
