I like the overall picture composition. The sea and the clouds complement each other well. I would like to see the birds stand out more. Perhaps it the white of the waves were enhanced a bit?

Looks too busy. It looks flat and needs a boost in contrast. The bird flying out of the frame looks blurred. The birds on the dock are blending into one another. The birds lined up overlap one another.

Not an effective composition. Sorry for being too honest.
