I agree with the washing line stuff, but I also think there is something wrong with this photo, maybe not adjusted rightly the color temperature, IE the colors lean to cyan without reason in the reality! However it would be a very nice B&W!

Tried to manage the color balance, but it wouldn't go, there must be something with the real colors and decided to show the B&W version which I think is great!

Thank you so much for your thoughts and your excellent B+W conversion, i was playing with the colour temp and aiming for a vintage colour film effect.
