Nice the composition, soft and pleasant the light. My feeling is that the upper part of the photo, in particular the hair of the woman, drives aways the eye from the main subject of the image which is the face of the mother, the hand, and the head of the baby. So I propose a crop in the upper part and at the same time a decreasing of the luminosity and contrast of the mother hair. This is only my personal interpretation of a photo which is in itself very nice. Finally you should embed the s-rgb profile to your image: without this the soft skin of the mother and baby appeared oversaturated on my monitor (widegamut monitor). Ciao.

This is lovely, in every way.  One could sneak in just a little bit of warming glow.
