This is another very interesting composition from you. I like the following in no order of preference -

1. Grain - it really feels like a wall poster or sorts and would love to see a larger version hanging from somewhere.

2. Posture of subject really leaves one feeling a touch moved. There is something very sexual about this without any hint of the explicit. I believe that you have created a very erotic image without ever delving into profanity.

3. The exposure has a demure feel to it that makes you want to know the subject rather better and that it does not shed light or reveal anything explicit makes it all the more alluring.

The only critique would be your framing. I almost like it but would suggest a slight crop to the left, perhaps cutting out what is to the right of the elbow. This would concentrate the gaze of the viewer rather more on what you really want them to look at.

Having said that, I still think that you have a very interesting composition above that is not just a still moment in time but there is much movement beneath the surface that draws in the watcher.
