Ah what visual 'magic' you have wrought with your layers of meaning.  This is a truly Masterful work of art.  The development of your talent and an identifiable style are proceeding very well, and quickly.  Way to go girl!

I, personally, like the blood-red 'stroke' which keeps the corpus from oozing into the surrounding darkness. (Are you reading this Pierre???) ;-}

Thank you so much Dave for that lovely and encouraging critique.  From you it is very 'well received'.  I didn't mention it before but I particularily chose that color not only because it brought out the  brightest color from within, but becaue at the end of the 'writhing', when we come to a sense of 'peace' with our thoughts....at this 'stroke' ....there ends the 'bleed'.  But I do see how much you do enjoy to 'tease' ....but that is your 'little game...he...he..'. Intricate and colorful! I like the way the design leads the viewer's eye "over under around and through" to quote an old TV advertisement, the picture. Nicely done.
