Effective use of those rays poking through the trees. The center of focus, framed by the darker trees is nice. Subtle colors, orange, greens, browns, add a bit of interest. The center tree maked a nice leading line to the sun. Very nice capture.

Very, very nice, but one aspect bothers me. The source of light at the very top is a medium gray and darker than the light rays. Although there is a reasonable explanation for this it is somewhat distracting. You may want to consider cropping it out.
