This is a very sweet and lovely image, the expression and light are excellent  

The essence of this picture is her eyes!  Have you thought about a closer crop?

As it is the bits of white (chair cover?) are so bright that they distract, especially the tiny triangle on picture right above her shoulder and the long triangle behind her arm (picture left.)

I agree, and have removed the white material on her left shoulder. Unfortunately, I lack the skill to make on corrections on the white triangle on her right.

Yes, she does look like a sweetie.  And what beautiful blue eyes!  Nice shot!
