I took this almost two years ago but never bothered to do anything with it,

until now. The composition is so simple it's almost an abstract. What do

Simple, yet elegant.  I found myself wanting to see a human figure struggling up that long curved line, but the absence of same is fine as the wanting becomes part of the image.

I like it, I think that the composition is simple but very pleasant. Maybe can be helpful to add a little bit more contrast for the dark areas.

Thanks for your encouraging words and for taking the time to comment. I see Jerry's point about the idea of a human element adding interest and I agree. Therein lies the challenge though. In an area with people around it's more likely to harm the composition than help, unless you enlist someone to place themselves precisely where you want them. In this situation I spent much effort putting distance between myself an others in order to have pristine sandscapes with which to work. Cheers, -Clayton
