James G. Dainis 302 Posted November 4, 2010 There are no true blacks in this photo. The eyes seem to come closest and draw the viewer. I think I would darken them in a little bit more in photoshop. Nice works as it is. Link to comment

mbh 0 Posted November 4, 2010 Your composition is excellent, I love the wooden rail and walk behind the model. She's a dramatic beauty well worth photographing. But in my opinion, it is true that the image lacks contrast. Something as simple as setting the black point with curves in Photoshop really makes the image pop and separates the model from her background a bit more. Of course there are a thousand and one ways to approach this contrast issue if you chose. In any event, but for the flatness of the image, it's quite beautifully done. Link to comment
