Liz a wonderful portrait of these two young men. I particularly like the expression of the one on the left. I really like the treatment of the background and how the canopy of trees forms a semi-circle framing their faces and how the white of the shirts blends into the lower part of the background, allowing us to focus on their faces.

Sometimes with all the critiques and blather about what is art and what is not, we forget why we take pictures in the first place. They are memories we can hold in our hands. The freshness here is very appealing.

Adorable portrait of these two boys; the older one cooperating fully and the younger one exasperated and bored by now! Classic image; brings back many memories of when my children were young and called upon to sit for a photo. Thank you for sharing. :)
