This looks like a beautiful area Vineet.  I really like the vantage point you found here and the greens/blues/magentas are very nice.  I find the blown out area around the sun on the horizon a bit distracting.  It also seems like you caught a bit of lens flare from shooting into the sun which really knocked the contrast down in the center of the image.  Do you have any other shots of this area without the sun/flare?  Overall I think this has tons of potential and I really enjoyed viewing the image.  - Scott

Thanks for your comment, you're quire right, I caught a lot of lens flare (I'm shooting with a relatively cheap 28/2.8 - my only wide!). I also had a gradual filter on, to be able to shoot into the sun, and I think I must have had a couple of scratches, which explains the couple of "ray" like lines in the middle left... 

I've tried some selective adjustments of contrast in that part of the image, which has helped a little bit - that's in another version of the image that I haven't uploaded. Not really enough to eliminate the problem. 

I'll have to pay closer attention lens flare/scratches on my next time around! It was definitely a magnificent place to catch the dawn, well worth waking up at 4am and driving for two hours to get there!
