What is interesting is not only that an image talks to us, but that it does so in so many different ways. I am never certain that what I see is what the author intended, our interpretation may have a significance that he did not imagine. In this respect, I always think of the Sacre de Printemps. I find the original recording conducted by Stravinskly himself of course very interesting, but in my taste, it is nothing compared to the grandeur and majesty given to it by Bernstein.

Ha, so maybe I see things in your images that you don't Pierre, but in all cases they are not only technically proficient, but also very interesting from the perspective of their meaning. Your subconcious speaks to me. I'm not sure though that I always hear what you say .. excellent work, as always.

Eerie and beautiful in one image, Excellent piece of work Pierre.

Something both striking and thought provoking. Interesting enough to hang on my wall.

All my best,  Bill

Pierre, I am astounded by your prolific and never resting imagination, such a mindset you have! New universes are your thing, no doubts, and in this job we can appreciate the darkest one. My admiration.

Very imaginative and graphic depiction of the 'grim reaper' whom I don't think anyone truly wants to meet.  Love the background design Pierre, 3D qualities...well done Maestro!!  Sincerely, Gail

I missed this one, and now, its some sort of a philosophy for me. Great technically flawless artwork with amazing meaning and depth. Also nice use of vivid and suitable elements to express the aim. Bravo. 7++++

Thank you for your visit and critique! Yes, a lot of work took me to refine the background (environment) picture and also to adjust my face to look like the odious one! Speaking of him, nobody knows who is the bastard waiting for, ha!

Cheers my friend!

Pierre,  first of all I would like to express my full respect for your technique ! You use it as a genuine painter and I very much appreciate this !

On the other hand, you are, from my point of view, in the continuity of European symbolism and your creation is very strong if one stops and DOES looks at it !

I like your choice of colours and I guess you spent a lot, lot of time to achive it.

This image deserves being printed on a huge scale and hung in an appropriate place !

Amitiés

bruno
