Very unusual color for the sky, especially for this time of day (it's not the earth's shadow, especially with a light halo around the horizon).  I don't understand it, so hopefully you will tell me what message or story you are meaning to impart to the viewer with this purple sky.  Or was it done just to be different?  [There are a couple of dust bunnies that should be cloned away in the upper reaches of the sky.]

Hello Stephen.

Purple sky appears after with my ND grad Cokin filter.

I'm just wondering, how to achieve real ND grad filter without colourising the sky in purple. I didn't change anything in this picture except small adjustments in LR.

Best regards.

Mariusz

Mariusz, Cokin filters often have a color cast to them (but it's usually not this intense).  Cokin filters are good because they are relatively inexpensive, but they are not always color-neutral.  Fortunately, you will always find some viewers who like it simply because it's different, regardless of whether it's something you actually experienced.  I'll bet you could color the sky green and still get very positive reactions.  So it's nothing to worry about unless you want accurate color; if that's the case, they you will need to spend more money for a color-neutral filter (e.g., Tiffen, Singh-Ray, etc.).
