Technically excellent, and one of the most inventive shots I've seen in quite a while.  One doesn't expect to see an athletic "nude pregnancy" shot, and the climbing ivy is a wonderful touch.  Great shot in all respects

Beautiful shot,... but is it too tough for the model??

If you are trying to impose a fairy tales statement... the shot has it said...

It just lovely,.. making people want to have more babies... haa!! haa!!

What a fantastic artistic shot!  And, the leaves and vines are very nicely lit and sharp, offering excellent contrast to the model.  I think the fact that she's pregnant also lends to the overall romantic and beautiful feel of this image.  Very well done IMHO!
