Hi everyone

I have been trying out my new Macro Lens (Tamron 90mm F2.8) but

as a newby to this genre I need all the help I can get?

All suggestions welcome.

 For macro focus on a detail, get close and fill the frame. The DOF  is always going to be small so zero in on a very finite subject and shoot. Background however, remains important, as it will be out of focous, look for contrasting color to your subject. Shoot and have fun!!!
