AlanKlein 2,917 Posted November 22, 2010 Hi Janis. I have a RB67 and have been scanning my old shots with an Epson V600 flat bed. What scanner are you using? I'm wondering why you didn't go for a smaller aperture so you could increase the depth of field? I think the backjground being out of focus takes away a little. Were you hand holding? What f stop if you recall? Very colorful shot Alan. Link to comment
janisk 0 Posted November 22, 2010 Hi Alan! It was done with Noritsu scanner in a pro lab. I sometimes ask them to use Nikon LS 8000 for larger files but the standard scanning 2950*2400 (72piksel/inch) they do with Noritsu is good enough for up to A3 sized print.Aperture - the f stop was 2,8 as I like to play with a shallow DOF and yes, I was hand holding the monster with a prism finder attached:), which I usually don't with this camera but had no other options called "tripod" with me at the timeTake care,Janis Link to comment
