Impressive work, Arup. Very good compo, very aesthetic and creative as well: the viewer gets attracted by several image elements which are well positioned - the human silhouettes, the river, the vessel and the mountains overarched by the skies. Everything is immersed / dipped into a beautiful lighting, and wonderful colors and contrasts of them can be discovered. The human silhouettes have been captured in the very right moment and they add a crucial, stylistic and creative highlight (especially versus the remote vessel on the river). BR / Volker

Great lighting! Composition is almost there, but I'd lose some of the sky (about 50% as viewed on the extreme right) to raise the far water's edge a little higher in the frame. The rest of the composition is excellent.

Wonderful warm graduated colours against the contrasting hills, the passing boat provides a pleasing distant focal point and the human element in silhouetted form provide the foreground interest. I can see where Simon is coming from in terms of composition, his suggested crop would indeed give a more definitive "thirds" element to the image, however in this instance I'd be reluctant to lose any of that upper sky as I believe it's crucial to the lighting of the scene.
