Everything about this image is breathtaking: The beauty of the model, the eyes, the hair, the expression, the angle. I like how the white headgear is balanced with the the white garland. 

I am adding this beauty to my favourites!

Very nice shot.  The only minor things i could find to possibly further improve is to clone out the two black spots on her chin and the one hair in the top of the picture.
