She's a sweet little girl who is able to sleep in very busy surroundings that would wake the rest of us up.  You've been able to tame your picture with additional elements covering awkward areas, such as the extended arm that is cut off at the bottom.  I'd suggest beginning with a cropping that simplifies things a bit and burning in the glare on her top and necklace that distracts from her face.  Then brighten the face a bit, and pick up the saturation in the flowers so they're consistent with the rest of the picture.  This is a better start for the inclusions you like that show a little girl in an Arabian Nights dream.
