Just won the KPS monthly competition with this entry...without any idea

why. Any thoughts?

Mr. Peel, you photo appeals because it engages the viewer's eyes and mind. The reflections make me want to know more. It has good balance despite its quirky angles. I can't make up my mind if it would be better if the trees should be even more unfocused as they are the one distracting element but they also serve a purpose of place. As a jewelry designer it makes me think of design possiblities and probably does for artists in other fields.

Hi again Graham, It is an unusual angle and take on the building, the lines and tones are very good and everything else, leaves, lines etc. pull your eyes to the diagonal that runs through it. Like to see the original colour on this. TFS.
