This is a charming scene. The layers of the field the rise the tree is on, the trees and then the hills make it quite complex and produces subtle tones.

I thing this is simply a stunning image. The shadows and especially the rays of light give the image a dark, almost eery tone. The colors around the light rays give it a surreal look, almost like a dream. It is easy on the eyes and leads you right to that lone, straggly tree near the middle. Overall, I think this is an amazing image and cannot wait to be able to shoot images of this caliber.
