Two things I think would improve the photo:  1) Separation between the upper clouds and the tree; and 2) elimination (somehow) of the black object near the lower left corner (I think it's a bush).  The tree is a great subject, and a slightly different shooting position (under your control) and a slightly different cloud pattern (not under your control) would result in a very nice photo.  Even addressing just the second suggestion would greatly improve the current photo.

your critique much appreciated Stephen. yes the black object is a bush, i had not possibility to exclude it in case i put the tree just before the sunset. but it might be removed by a post process on pc, thank you. b.rgrds/Tolga

i agree with Stephen's tips for improvement, but in my opinion it is already a very good photo (at least) and that would be only a slight improvement. well done.

I agree with Stephen and I believe, you can still lighten the bush a bit if your original was a raw file. A final suggestion might be either making the building at right straight (easy) or entirely removing it.
