A nice mood you've captured here, with the strong silhouette and rich orange colors.  Try cropping the top to right below the sun.  I know that may not make much sense initially, but I found myself feeling pulled away from the man and the boat by the bright circle of the sun and the almost black band of clouds at the top.  If you crop that out, you still have the beautiful light reflecting off the lower clouds and the water, but the eye is allowed to settle comfortably onto the main subject, resulting in a more peaceful photo.
