The eyes always carry a message and this one is of slight flirtation, and that supported by the sly grin.  Very well captured on this photo.  I would suggest that the two and one-half fingers worth of hand is working against the image and would seriously consider cropping them out.

Slightly retouching the highlights in each eye would also be advantageous.

The expression is wonderful, and the tight focus works well.

First I must admit that I know next to nothing about portrait photography, but I'd like to eventually do it......so take my comment with a grain of salt.  I looked at your portfolio, and you have an outstanding body of work.  It's very classy stuff, and if you were in my area, I'd be seeking out your services for sure.  Having said that, on this portrait I might consider cropping out the 2 wisps of hair covering her right neck.  It's not that I want it to look perfect.  Some of the natural look is great.  But she's in a dressy dress, with diamonds (or faux diamonds), and I think a dressier look requires a bit 'cleaner' presentation.  Does this make sense?  At any rate, it's a lovely photo of a beautiful young woman.
