John, this is just so simple and so lovely. the separation between flower and b/g has such good depth, flower appears to almost be floating. a really nice image!

Thanks Roger for your approving critique. Spring has arrived & so have the flowers.I was so happy with the result which I captured today I submitted without a border which is a rare event.

John, have just gone through your portfolio, gosh what a interesting body of work. was looking for where you live, as if it's spring where your at has to be southern hemisphere. is also spring here in new zealand. think us folks living in southern hemisphere are a minority on p/n. you are doing some really lovely work with flowers not just this one but several just recently, and your flower folder is delightful. have made you one of my interesting people so as to not lose track of you.

Thanks Roger for visiting my portfolio & complimenting on my flowers  . I imagined you lived in the northern hemisphere ,like most so was surprised you live in New Zealand. You are correct I also live in the southern part of the globe  but in Australia so we share the same seasons in time. Thanks again for your interest.   John
