One can formally feel the atmosphere of the subway life. I can hear the sound of footsteps against the metal stairs mixed with the noise of the trains leaving the station. The draft carrying the the scent of a woman.....

Very well done. Nice tones and light and B/W is a good choice for this picture.

This is an interesting shot, with lots of "atmosphere".

A couple of suggestions. She is pretty much dead center of the photo, which makes the composition a little static. By removing a little on the right side, you place her a little closer to a third, and the woman on the left side of the image on the other third. The contrast seems a little flat to me the lights a little too "hot".

The angle and perspective are very interesting, as well the poses. I like the noise or blur here that gives some artistic elements to the picture.

Perhaps you're right about your proposed crop. But I think that the arch of light and perspective will be cut off right with this crop. And I think that this would not be better.

Very good photo Svetlana! Well seen. Original and  well framed. A bit of contrast and putting the figure slightly off centre would have boosted this shot in my opinion. PS "Subway curves" came into , my mind when I saw this shot! Congratulations and best regards . . . John
