this is what I would call "honest action portrait".  The framing/perspective are good, so is the DoF.  It has a pleasant feel.  A tiny nitpick is the crooked fence post on the very right - I'd crop it out.  Cheers, Micheal

You caught a nice angle and supreme concentration on the boy's face.  He seems to have mastred the art of feeding the herd.
