Personally, I don't think the elements come together.  I think this was a long exposure with flash.  While the clouds are interesting, there was evidently a slight breeze and the tree is quite soft.  The light on the chair is quite incongruous; it just doesn't blend well with the light in the sky in any kind of harmony or unity.  I like the intent, which I presume was a photo of a person enjoying the magnificence of a moonrise through moderately thin clouds.  However, the aesthetics of the result just aren't there for me.

This is a very interesting photo with many aspects.  Very interesting composition.  The tree appears almost to overwhelm the subject.  Interesting sense of motion from the sky.  Nice warm lights beckoning from the forest to the right.  I like it.
