flowers Backlit morning flower

Low perspective, backlit with early morning light. Any critiques

welcomed.

Steve, the top of flower is nice, especially the pink against the blue sky. i find the bottom of your image a bit confused and without a lot of interest. a suggestion would be to crop something like this. to me it just sort of tidies up your image. just a suggestion!

I agree the top is great but the bottom is busy and detracting. I do like the stem if the other flowers were not there. Could get a different flower or a different angle to get the stem without the other stuff? Or could you place a block of some kind between the subject flower and the background flowers? Happy Shooting.

I prefer Steve cropping. It make me feel small, like an ant looking upward.  :->
