Adding a large reflector or a fill flash would have made the face lighter, put highlights in the eyes and diminished the dark circles under her eyes.

I like this very much, but do agree with the previous poster about the need for fill. Also, there is a lot of overall softness here. A little sharpening would help, but IMO you did not need to shoot with your lens wide open.
