kallol 1 Posted October 1, 2010 Another example of wonderful creativity, Gail...wonderful image with beautiful pattern...symmetry in colors, shapes and forms in very good harmony like a dance, which is well supported by the rhythm of colors...I like the image of layers with swirl, glass bowl and rose too...very creative artsy work too...and the flower with white background is an example of minimalism...my best Link to comment

GailAnthonyHarmer 6 Posted October 2, 2010 Your enthusiastic response tells me I must be doing 'something right'!......we are all different in our 'likes and dislikes' so I do appreciate you sharing your thoughts on my work...ALWAYS...! you never fail to leave some cheer in my Portfolio. Most sincerely, Gail Link to comment
GailAnthonyHarmer 6 Posted October 2, 2010 You are very kind in sharing your thoughts on this image. Nice to hear when someone else shares the same 'fun'! We never know what is possible until we try. I am no 'mathematician' or great 'artisit' with paint although I do enjoy it. But using the tools within Photosop to see what 'bits of beauty' or 'abstract' I can create is a great way to find some 'quiet time' and 'calm' from your everyday responsibilities or worries. Thank you so much for your vist and kind remarks, most sincerely, Gail Link to comment
GailAnthonyHarmer 6 Posted October 2, 2010 Kallol, your response to this image was like reading a piece of 'prose' ! what lovely remarks, they are now recorded in my journal for me to post in my 'Scrapbook of Images'....thankyou so very much, Gail Link to comment
GailAnthonyHarmer 6 Posted October 2, 2010 Alwys good to hear from you Tony....your enthusiasum for 'lovely things' is well pronounced in your Portfolio, and nice to know when someone else loves these things also and strives to share images that others will delight in viewing, most sincerely, Gail Link to comment
GailAnthonyHarmer 6 Posted October 2, 2010 Your visits and comments are always appreciated Patsy. You must be enjoying some beautiful color in Tennessee right now, I recall last fall, you seemed to change color a bit faster than us. I hope to get to Algonquin Park in the next few days before all the colors are gone. So nice to hear from you, sincerely, Gail Link to comment
JimCowan 0 Posted October 2, 2010 The shapes not being constrained by the frame add interest and energy to this image, with what appears to be a continuous outward movement. A well established Clematis does seem to branch out from what ever space originally allotted.Jim Link to comment
GailAnthonyHarmer 6 Posted October 2, 2010 Thankyou very much Jim ....as you know I value your opinion greatly. Within my titles I try to incorporate part of the original image. Gives me a 'Pont of reference for years to come I figure. Yet while I compose I have the original image in mind. You are the first to 'catch on' to that concept. Good eye there Jim....sincerely, Gail Link to comment
