Interesting portrait of a conifer.  I especially like the gentle "S" shape of the tree, and the tinting you've applied (I presume) to the fog works well, especially with the gradient.  I wish the strand of wire wasn't present, but sometime you have to work with what's given.  An aspect that I think needs work is that the interior spaces amid the branches are considerably lighter than the spaces adjacent to the tree, and that just doesn't look right.  I think it's probably due to problems in making a selection, and perhaps a different selection tool (e.g., color picker) would produce better results (i.e., more unified and realistic tonal transitions throughout the image).
