I just bought a new sb-600 flash that I am playing around with. I was going

for some dramatic lighting and I think I got it. Please let me know what

you think, good or bad. Thank you.

A very dramatic image, but needs more sharpness in the muzzle. The nostril is very blurry.  The way to achieve this is to use a greater depth of field by stopping down to a small aperture f/stop.  For something like this you may want to stop down all the way to f22 or f/16, the smallest available on your lens.

Of course you need to adjust the light source and shutter speed and maybe the ISO accordingly.
