Well done, I like very much the colors, lightning, exposure, composition and idea. You are not just an amateur photographer!. You use an AIS lens with the D100 which is better suited for D series, or G. However the result is excellent (change your film-media to the memory card type you use). Excellent photo.

This is more than eye catching. More importantly, aside from the unusual effect, the photo of the girl is stunning as well. Congratulations on a very creative effort.

outstanding. I have never seen anything like this before. I know of photographers using glass tables and getting their models on them to produce interesting "suspended" distortions, but then this is very nice. Well done.

I wonder how this was done. I can think of several ways, but each one has got some problems. I really like how the shadow looks (and probably is) real and doesn't look like a pshop creation.

How I would have done this: put the girl on a table, take the pics, remove the table in pshop, create a shadow of the girl and distort it to get a nicer effect. Is that it?

Or maybe a composition of several pictures with several tables, always leaving something in the air. But no matter, very intringuing and artistic picture.

Outstanding. This is the most stunning image that I have seen on Photo.net yet. Apart from being a beautiful image, it is technically beautiful in the sense that there is no trace of how it was done, and it is very convincing. Even the shadow on the ground fits in very well, even though it does seem to me to be the wrong way round.

I don't want to know how you did it. I like believing in magic. Have you considered taking some pictures for the UFO magazines?

I hate to be even the least bit critical.... with all the amazement going on, and, of course, the fear of repraisal, and it is a really neat photoshop wonder, but ??... hmmmmm the shadow just doesn't seem to fit the light angles. Maybe I'm missing something, but good concept!

I agree with Simone

BUT.. regardless of the ability to even know photshop enough to manage this it is the ability to bring it off with such TRUISM, a real acomplishment and credit to the artist to see the vision of the finished work...PERFECT

Photoshop I believe Cloning or Healing brush????

Or very adept use of Masking which I believe is just perceptible on the edges.

But Stunning nonetheless!!!
