This is a really beautiful shot. Her skin is perfect - and I'm sure much of that is her - but the lighting is really effective. I love her expression and the composition. I guess blurred flowers or plant or something blocking her in front could make this more interesting, but maybe a bit of a distraction? Without anything distracting could be better for this I think. Beautiful tones. A lovely face. A beautiful picture

As the others have said, absolutely beautiful tones. It almost feels like one of those television adverts advertising women's products! The leaves in front out of focus is a little bit distracting for me though but that is a personal taste.

Gorgeous!  I think you could crop just below her wrists - just to include a small portion of the blur - and it would direct all attention back to her eyes.
