Back in 1960 I would have been King of the Road in one of these.  I agree, the tones here are great as is your decision to zero in on this detail, leaving out any distracting backgrounds or people.  If I had a wish it would be for some light from the tail light.  (parking lights perhaps as brake lights might have been too bright & thus overpowering).  Thanks for the trip down memory lane.  Best, LM.

Nice perspective! I like the way the reflections in the chrome are captured, especially the tail light's reflection, and the shadows between the light and the Chevy's classic fin.

Is this a custom?  The fin looks like a 1959/60 but the tail light lens should be teardrop shaped.

I don't want disappoint you but I don't know anything about cars I have shot. Personally I like to own and drive new cars, this being said, there is nothing sexy or interesting looking in new cars. So I admire people who want to spend money and time to restore those old junkie vehicles to their glory.
