Trying more intense color. Too Much?

I don't think it's over the top at all, Deanna. Perhaps a bit more mid tone contrast to the foreground, though.

I wouldn't change a thing. It's gorgeous.

Well done with composition, interesting point of view. I will recommend add little bit more saturation on front of image. It will improve see difference of cold sky and worm earth. I have made those changed. I hope it Ok

i agree with Marc. I worked on the foreground contrast and lightened the snow capped portion of the mountain.
