lorenzo_ward1 0 Posted April 2, 2003 It is a good image because it is immediately recognizeable as...Greece: black silhouettes and a white washed church with a cross on top. the composition is well balanced and works. If you want constructive criticism then I would only say that it is an image that has no mystery to it. Perhaos a 'cropped version' focusing on the door and people would make it more intriguing..perhaps I ma splitting hairs but you should try to explore different angles etc. Again it is a good image though. jakob 0 Posted April 2, 2003 Personally, I think the cropped version feels a little claustrophobic. The original versions steps down in the left and the dark silouette - that might be a cloaked woman looking out over the sea, or just a rock - adds a bit of space to the image that is needed. Not to mention the sea itself... Link to comment
