I just liked the patterns and color from a bunch of horse tail plants

while out for a hike. Thanks for looking!

Yes, this is an interesting pattern (I have shot many like this), but it needs a main subject like an insect or a larger leaf . . . something to draw my eye into the image and contrast the subject with the interesting background.  The shallow DOF is somewhat positive.  Without a main subject it just appears to be too busy.
