What you did right: The pose is good, the subject's fingers are just right. You got a catchlight, even through the glasses. Bravo! The subject has good separation from the background. The exposure is good, though you could drop the light about 1/3 stop to give more definition (or use a grid).

What's wrong: The orientation of the subject's left eye to the glasses frame is funky. Makes her eye look odd and you lost the catchlight. Have her push the glasses up next time. The crop is too tight. The top of her head and her right shoulder are cut off.

In all, a really nice portrait. Well done.
