My first visit to Delicate Arch, compare to other version in my Best

Images portfolio. My question is, does the individual on the left at

the end of Arches shadow add or subtract from the image? Also, notice

how the this individual's pose matches the structure just beyond and

to the left of the Arch. They seem to have the same pose, head

inclined downward. Your comments and ratings are appreciated. Thanks.

I think the person adds a sense of scale to the scene. It is very good to include that person in the scene in my opinion. Nice colors and I like to see the snow in that type of midwest picture.

Great light and colors here. My only regret is this cropped bit of rock on the far left. I'd rather have it cropped off completely as the rest seems wonderful in a square format. Regards.

Come back and give me my 7's!! There is no gear in the right hand corner, that's snow my friend.

I re-scanned the image and included all of the rocks on the left that accidentally got cut out. I have the new image displayed. Thanks for your comments.

WOW... The snow really shows the DOF and the clarity of the mountains in the background are surreal. Also, LOVE the sky.

Very nice photograph of a fabulous arch. I do not think that the person in the photo distracts at all from the overall quality, and would only be an issue in a contest that disallowed such a feature in this photograph.

I enlarged the right hand side and searched meticulously for camera gear to no avail. When I took this picture there were only two other photographers up here. One of them is standing on the left and the other is hidden behind the rock near the standing photographer. Wish I knew what you are seeing. Thanks.

This picture is a classic, so I will have to lower the originality a bit. But you captured nice lights and great colours!
