December Sunset

Thanks for looking.

I took this shot of the sunset from a neighborhood park.I was still busy

doing errands, when I noticed how pretty the sunset was.I was lucky that I

had my camera with me :)

This sunset is really awesome, it looks like flames and smoke!

Gorgeous. it's like the wispy clouds on top are ascending right out of the tree

Indeed a fantastic sunset, with great colors; but what really makes the shot here, is the way you chose to compose it.

As I saw it, the first thought that came to my mind was: behold the burning bush!

And that's how great photos are made, by going beyond the obvious, and making a connection with the viewer, to something he or she can relate to.

I also thought "burning bush."  You've chosen to shoot up, which put the brightest part of the sunset behind the vegetation, and the dark, wispy clouds (the smoke) above.  Nicely done.

This is spectacular, a very creative and beautiful sunset image.  As others have commented this does have a 'burning bush effect' adding an added element of interest.
