Thanks Ernest & Linda for your nice comments. This is one of my favorate photo's so much so I have a poster size print framed on my wall. The fog & early light contributed to its softness you mentioned ,Linda. Its all about being at the right place & at the right time.

Yes,Peter I agree.More foreground would be better but the bottom hasn't being cropped so will have to do. Thanks for your suggestion.

Peter,   answer  It is 1/2 way along the old road between Braidwood  & Cooma .NSW.    Where these magnificient stately white ash trees have  law protection from felling  grow alongside the road.
